The Month Of April

  • Mood:

It has been a busy Month for me.  First I cellabrated me birthday on the 7th of April, and then we went to Chinook Wa, for a couple weeks, and there is wonderful glass shop that took a glass blowing class. It was great fun as well as costly , but worth it. Now all I need to  do is practice practice practice. It is more diffacult to blow glass then I had antisapated, but I am sure I will get the hang of it soon with practice.

In between that we went to Sea Side just accross the bridge and over the water that seperates the Wa. and Origon state line. There I then shopped until I dropped. After being warn out from all the shopping and fun and eating out, we then returned back accross the bridge to Wa. State and to the RV. Park at Chinook where we stayed in our motor home and crashed for the rest of the evening.

After our two week stay at Chinook we decided to make reservations to Randle Wa. for the next two weeks. As you all know we live in a 40'motor home. Anyway..we are now staying at Maple Grove RV Resort in Randle wa. It is so beautiful and peaceful here, with a huge Golf course, indoor swimming pool, laundry room, club house, and just whole works, with every thing we need and I have to say there lots of good fishing spot. well thats it for now. I will try to  get some pictures added soon. Until next time ...Have a great day.

Beading With Mom

Hi Everyone,
for the last couple day's i have been having lots of fun Beading and hunting bead shops with My Mom. I think she has really enjoyed it for the most part. She is almost 80years old her next birthday and has a lot of Arthritis in her hands. We worked with some Swarvoski Crystals and Crimps and crimps covers and toggle clasps. However to our surprise we were disappointed when we finished the item. Turns out they were too small so we have to start all over to make them right. We bought them in a kit so we had no idea they would be to small for our necks. I have a big neck, but I thought sure it would fit my little old Mom. LoL. She is so cute in her old age. hope I look that good when I'm 80yrs.
